Summary
Abstract: The data file consists of the numbers of fragments, an index of
bacteria genetic richness, generated from Terminal Restriction Fragment
Length Polymorphism (TRFLP) analysis of grassland soils collected at
different topographic positions inside and outside long-term ungulate
exclosures in Yellowstone National Park. The fragments were generated
from using the MSP1 restriction enzyme on amplified 16S product of
