Data Set from the Solar Hard X-ray Monitor on Venera-13, 14 Spacecraft
Entry ID:
Venera-1
Summary
Abstract:
This data set consists of materials from the World Data Center B2, containing
data from the solar hard X-ray monitor SIGNE-2M on the Venera-13 and -14 spacecraft, parts 1, 2, and 3. The hard X-ray detector was a NaI(Tl) scintillator with an anti-coincidence shield, and equivalent models were flown on both Venera spacecraft. Solar X-ray fluxes in five energy intervals were measured: 55-80, 80-125, 125-330, 330-550, and 550-800 keV. Data subsets exist on magnetic tapes, floppy (flexible) disks, hard copy listings and in the form of a published catalog. Temporal Coverage
