Abstract: Three lakes were selected for ecological study at Cape Bird. Penguin Pond was sampled twice weekely and measurements were taken for light intensity, temperature, oxygen, pH, chlorinity, alkalinity, conductivity, primary productivity, chlorophyll and carotenoids.
