Summary
Abstract: The troposphere and lower stratosphere temperature anomaly series was
derived from the Comprehensive Aerological Reference Data Set (CARDS)
(Eskridge et al. 1995). CARDS is compiled by the NOAA/National
Climatic Data Center (NCDC). The Sterin data set extends from 1958
through 2000, with annual anomalies relative to the 1961-1975
